Chibiusa, Japanese Street Fashion

Inspired by japanese street fashion. Really though. It's a bit much isn't it? I actually didn't spend very long on this picture though. Probably a maximum of 18 hours in total. Next time I draw Chibiusa I'll draw her in her Sailor uniform. XD
